i am new for blog..
doing PhD
don't know what to write..
I think I am not able to concentrate much on my work and career, there have been so many problems. and currently going through rough period, need to make change.
I use to be very much hard worker but now a days I am so much relax and not caring much about work.
basically I am working on initial stage of gene transfer in bacillus sutilis. its very complex system and involve so many proteins in different steps, from DNA uptake till integration in the host genome.
I am trying to explore more about the coordination function of different proteins mostly by using biochemistry.
so for i got some good result, but right now stuck with some proteins. some r behaving strange way... and now showing constant behaviors specially in dATPase assay.
anyway feeling good to write my first blog, and hoping i will back to myself soon as hard worker and hoping for a good PhD thesis.
